Monday & Thursday : Zumba
Kick off your week with high-energy beats and fun choreography! Zumba is a fantastic way to burn calories while dancing your way to fitness in a lively atmosphere.

Tuesday: Aerobics / Zumba Strong / HIIT

Aerobics: Enjoy rhythmic, full-body movements to upbeat music, improving stamina and cardiovascular health.

Zumba Strong: A unique combination of strength training and high-energy beats for toning and endurance.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Intense bursts of activity alternated with recovery periods for maximum calorie burn and strength-building.

Wednesday: Yoga and Body Conditioning
Recharge and refocus midweek with a combination of Yoga for flexibility and mindfulness, and Body Conditioning to tone muscles and enhance core strength. A perfect balance for physical and mental well-being.

Friday: Step Aerobics
End the week with Step Aerobics, a workout using a step platform to boost coordination, cardiovascular fitness, and lower-body strength—all set to energizing music.
